Starting in July 2020 we will also launch our FREE monthly eMagazine which will include the best information that we collect from all over the internet to help you train your mind, choose healthier nutrition and supplements, and it will even include a monthly training plan to help you stay fit. The eMagazine will also include a monthly diary about my personal life, and how I combine the launch of my business, with being a mother and a wife. This eMagazine will be informational, fun and very personal.
